Märklin 3172 electric locomotive class 111 068-3 of the DB in red-white, gauge H0, orig. packaging Electric locomotive of gauge H0 by Märklin, article number 3172, model of class 111 of the German Federal Railway with the running number 111 068-3. Plastic body in red with a light grey decorative stripe and grey roof, wheel arrangement Bo'Bo', two pantographs, three-light headlamp signal at both ends. In original packaging, the box with storage marks. The locomotive's function has been tested and is present. Played-with condition. The track section shown serves only for presentation. The absence of smaller, delicate add-on parts cannot be entirely ruled out. Of class 111 the German Federal Railway procured a total of 227 machines between 1974 and 1984; they were delivered in the then standard livery of ocean blue and beige. The two Munich locomotives 111 068 and 111 069 served in the mid-1980s as test vehicles for a new colour concept and for this carried a red and light-grey livery - from this trial emerged the Oriental Red later introduced network-wide. With the 111 068-3 the model depicts exactly one of these two test locomotives and was manufactured from 1986 to 1988.
Delivery is optional. You can use the carrier of your choice. The stated price does not include the lot price or the auction house fees.
