Märklin set of 14 goods wagons, tank, low-sided and flat wagons, gauge H0 Set of 14 goods wagons, gauge H0, by Märklin. Included are, among others, tank wagons, low-sided and flat wagons as well as wagons with stakes and loads, partly with advertising and company lettering. Metal wheels and hook couplings. Played-with condition, with signs of ageing. The absence of smaller, delicate add-on parts cannot be entirely ruled out. Goods wagons have always formed the backbone of the Märklin H0 ranges and were offered in numerous designs - from tank and refrigerated wagons to open and low-sided wagons. Size H0 in the scale 1:87 has been the most widespread model railway gauge since the 1950s. The firm Gebrüder Märklin & Cie. in Göppingen has been producing model railways since 1859.
