Märklin gauge H0 high-speed railcar train ST 800, cream-red, metal construction High-speed railcar train ST 800, gauge H0, by Märklin in metal construction. Cream-red livery with a streamlined power car and two attached cars; the pantographs are missing. Played-with condition appropriate to age. The locomotive's function has been tested and is present. The absence of smaller, delicate add-on parts cannot be entirely ruled out. On its appearance in 1948 the ST 800 was the longest high-speed railcar train in the Märklin range; the prototype goes back to US-American streamliners. The cream-red version is a sought-after collector's piece of the 800 series.
