[MANUSCRIPTS] ARCHIVES of Dimitri RIABOUCHINSKY RIABOUCHINSKY, Dimitri (1882–1962) — Autograph Collection of manuscripts and scientific studies by Dimitri Riabouchinsky. Includes: • Dimitri Riabouchinsky’s workbook, undated (probably 1959 or 1960). Texts entirely in his own hand in Russian, French, and English, 141 pp. (numbered), 27 × 20 cm. This notebook contains various working notes recorded throughout the year: summaries of articles, lists of members of the Association for the Preservation of Russian Cultural Heritage, drafts of letters, drafts of conference programs, a draft of the text “Memories of the Circumstances Under Which I Left My Homeland at the End of 1918,” drafts of reports, calculations and formulas, as well as numerous technical drawings. Among the notes contained in the notebook are calculations related to gas dynamics (aerodynamics of compressible gases), devoted to calculating the flow of an ideal gas through a Laval nozzle. It also contains various calculations on the topics of gas dynamics and aerodynamics. • Manuscript of a text by D.
