A Chinese lemon yellow-glazed bowl Qing dynasty, Yongzheng mark and period Covered to the exterior with a thick bright yellow glaze, the base with an underglaze blue six-character kaishu mark within a double circle, 10.7cm diameter. Porcelain decorated entirely in yellow, both inside and out, was reserved for the exclusive use of the Empress Dowager and the Empress, while porcelain with a yellow exterior and a white interior was designated for the use of the Imperial Noble Consort. 根據《皇朝宮史》典記載，内廷對瓷器的使用有明確的規定，裏外全黃為皇太后，皇后御用；而外黃裏白則爲皇貴妃專用之等級。
