[POEM SUBMISSION - SYMBOLISM - ESOTERICISM - DEDICATION] REMACLE, Adrien. *La Passante*. Paris, Bibliothèque Artistique & Littéraire, 1892. In-12 format, bound in Rhodoid, 163 pp. + 2 pp. One of 400 copies printed on Holland paper. With frontispiece: copperplate engraving by Odilon Redon. Superb full-page dedication by the author in the form of a poem addressed to Émile Michelet (1861–1938). Émile Michelet was a French poet, playwright, and esoteric writer. A co-founder of the Martinist Order alongside Papus, he led the Parisian lodge Velleta, dedicated to the study of symbols. His literary work, steeped in Hermeticism and mysticism, earned him the presidency of the Société des Poètes Français. Through works such as *Les Compagnons de la Hiérophanie*, he remains one of the great chroniclers of the esoteric ferment of his time.
