85 - Sandra JAYAT - A guestbook and compilation of Sandra Jayat’s poetic and artistic journey from 1978 to 1992, featuring most of her exhibitions in various galleries, enriched with richly illustrated invitation cards. This guestbook, which commemorates her professional career, consists of an elegant collage of several cut-out and photocopied dedications, sometimes accompanied by a few original handwritten dedications. Scattered throughout the pages are press clippings and press releases. Among the few original signatures are business cards and various letters, including those from Félix Marten, Colonel Remy, Marcel Aymé’s daughter, and publisher Jean-Jacques Nathan, among others. At the end of this guestbook, one can view the market value of her works, displayed in several galleries, along with a corresponding list of asking prices. Included are about fifteen original photos featuring Sandra Jayat surrounded by Gypsy musicians. Two photo albums are also included. The first contains numerous reprints on paper based on original photographs. The second album features many dedications from enthusiasts, admirers, friends, and public figures, most of which are photocopies (the originals of which will appear later under various headings). Nevertheless, there is a charming autograph signed by the guitarist and youngest son of Django Reinhardt, Babik (an autograph with a small drawing of a guitar), Bernadette Chirac, Mrs. Georges Pompidou, the painter Serge, etc. The three albums.
