(R) A LARGE SAUCER, CHINA QING DYNASTY, QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795) Dimensions: Height 4 cm Diameter 39 cm Weight: 1550 grams A large Chinese porcelain saucer from the Qianlong period (1736–1795) of the Qing dynasty, decorated with underglaze-blue outlines and delicate famille rose enamels. The broad white centre is painted with a scholar's rock surrounded by flowering plants and ornamental grasses, while the wide rim carries scattered polychrome floral sprays enclosed by a fine cobalt-blue border. The exceptionally generous proportions allow the airy design to unfold across the surface, revealing fresh pinks, greens, yellow and iron-red accents. Qianlong-period porcelain is admired for its technical sophistication and refined floral decoration, and this impressive saucer combines these qualities with a bright, harmonious composition suited to decorative display. This VAT is waived for: - Private buyers outside the EU who officially export the items.- Businesses inside the EU holding a valid VAT number, exporting to their home country.
