PHOTOGRAPHY. Portuguese and English. Set of 2 books: 1. "Benditos" by Tiago SANTANA Tempo D'Imagem Number of uncollated pages Note: Tiago Santana’s debut book, *Benditos*, is dedicated to the pilgrimages honoring Padre Cícero in Juazeiro do Norte, in the Brazilian sertão. Produced over nearly eight years, this black-and-white photographic essay documents popular faith, religious rituals, and traditions of the Northeast. Considered a major work of contemporary Brazilian photography, it has greatly contributed to its author’s international recognition. 2. "Visa II. Brasília" Emmanuel PINARD Filigranes Éditions Number of uncollated pages Note: The second volume in the Visa collection, this book is dedicated to Brasília, the capital of Brazil designed by Lúcio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer. Emmanuel Pinard’s photographs explore the architectural lines, urban spaces, and daily life of this city, an icon of modernism. Blurring the lines between documentary and artistic vision, the book examines the relationships between architectural utopia, the urban landscape, and social life.
