A very rare silkscreen print from the 1960s, signed and dated, featuring numerous aphorisms by Ben on art, in French with translations below in English and Italian. Edizioni 912 (Edizioni di Cultura Contemporanea), Milan, “Numero Dieci: Ben Vautier Art Total 1967” series. Handwritten note by the artist in blue ink: “It may also be that none of this is true. I always have my doubts. March 1967, (signed:) Ben.” Copy numbered 166 out of an edition of 500. 70 x 50 cm. “Art Total” was the Nice branch of Fluxus led by Ben and Serge III Oldenbourg *Sold by description (available for examination after the sale)
