36 - Gino GREGORI (1906–1973).

Gino GREGORI (1906–1973). Chestnut Shells, 1966. Oil on canvas mounted on board, signed lower right, dated on the back (slight loss of paint along the edges). Height: 38 cm - Width: 55 cm Note: Gino Gregori’s still lifes are characterized by a simplification of forms, a structured organization of space, and a bold treatment of color and texture. He favors a synthetic interpretation of objects, going beyond their mere naturalistic representation.
