Its ingenious mechanism was developed by Maurice Worms. A watchmaker and jeweler in Paris, he registered this model in 1954 (No. 50333).Available in a variety of finishes, some of which called upon the talents and expertise of other workshops—such as Brun’s, which is particularly renowned for its work in gold braiding and basket weaving— our watch was produced by French and international jewelry houses, such as Sterlé and Tiffany & Co. These watches also serve as a bridge between the worlds of jewelry and watchmaking, drawing on the expertise of leading watchmaking houses such as Universal Genève.
