19th-century piece “Fantastic Creature” hinged bangle in 585‰ yellow gold and 800‰ silver Unmarked, embellished with translucent blue enamel on a chased background stylized to resemble scales; the animal’s head is adorned with rose-cut diamonds set on a straw-like base, and its eyes are formed of round cabochon rubies. Opens with tilting hinges; no clasp. Wrist circumference: 16 cm. Width: 2.2 cm. Gross weight: 56.4 g. (Minor signs of wear, small chips, and areas where material is missing).
