19th-century piece “Palmes” brooch-pendant in 375‰ rose gold and 800‰ silver, featuring two facing palm fronds entirely set with old-cut diamonds, joined around a faceted oval sapphire and larger old-cut diamonds. 375‰ yellow gold pin. Ratchet mechanisms for transforming the piece. Sapphire weight: approximately 3 carats. Dimensions: 4.7 x 4.1 cm. Gross weight: 22.9 g. (Some solder marks, scratches, a few chips, and material loss on the diamonds).
