A pair of dignitary armchairs made of molded and carved wood with brass accents; the gondola-shaped backrest extends into the armrests, which are topped with scrolls; the armrest consoles are turned into balusters; the seat is covered with hardstone, the swirled apron decorated with foliage scrolls; the whole rests on a slightly curved front leg ending in a tapered section decorated with latticework and three straight rear legs connected by an X-shaped brace. 79 x 82 x 52 cm. (Signs of normal wear; stains on the seat).
