PAIR OF CYLINDRICAL JARS: Nuremberg and Bayreuth, 18th century, 1. One side features the Madonna of the Crescent Moon and ornamental decoration. 2. The other side features all-over painted ornamentation between reserved areas depicting flower baskets and birds. Each with a mounted pewter lid; one additionally features a base ring Faience; each with a light-colored body, glazed light blue, and painted blue H: 17.5 cm and 23.5 cm (with thumb rest) Each with minor damage to the rim.
