Knight’s armour comprising heavy chainmail, a chainmail coif and an iron helmet (total height approx. 140 cm), mounted on a wheeled stand, accompanied by a high-quality forged axe with an unusually long handle (total length 148 cm), modelled on a Viking or Danish axe; the head is made of steel, sharpened and bearing the crowned FR blacksmith’s mark, the so-called ‘Friedrichstaler Krone’ from the Black Forest, a mark of quality for high-grade steel toolsDispatch is only possible without the carrying frame; due to weight and size, collection in person or use of a haulage contractor is recommended
