Castello Great Line Briar Tobacco Pipe, Unsmoked Castello tobacco pipe, Great Line Collection, handmade in Italy. The pipe features a bent briar wood construction with a polished finish and prominent grain. A double-incised ring detail circles the midsection of the bowl. The tapered black acrylic stem is fitted with a small white bar inlay on the upper surface. The shank is stamped on one side with a castle logo containing the number 54, Castello, Collection, KKK within an oval, Great Line, and a cursive Carlo Scotti signature. The reverse shank is stamped Made in Cantu Italy above an oval mark reading Carlo Scotti. The underside of the stem is stamped Hand Made Castello. The pipe is accompanied by a gray suede-lined presentation case bearing the maker's logo and a printed paper certificate of authenticity. 6 1/2" L x 2" W x 2 1/2" H. Location: 2B CONDITION: The pipe appears to be in excellent, unsmoked condition. No carbon buildup is visible in the bowl and the stem shows no teeth chatter or oxidation. The briar finish is smooth and free of fills or cracks. The presentation case is intact with light surface rubbing to the suede exterior.
