Castello Briarwood Tobacco Pipe with Original Box and Pouch, Unsmoked Castello tobacco pipe featuring a bent brandy or hawkbill silhouette. The pipe is constructed from briarwood with a smooth, polished natural finish displaying straight and flame grain patterns. The bowl is carved with a distinctive octagonal paneled rim. The mouthpiece consists of a tapered black acrylic or vulcanite stem. The pipe is accompanied by its original brown cardboard presentation box with a gold-tone printed interior lid, a tan suede-like drawstring storage pouch with a printed logo, and a paper certificate of authenticity. Stamped on the underside of the shank is Castello and Carlo Scotti. An oval mark containing K K K K is also present on the shank. Made in Italy. 4 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 2" Location: 17B CONDITION: The pipe is in unsmoked, mint condition. The briarwood surface and mouthpiece exhibit no visible tooth marks, charring, or scratches. The original box shows light shelf wear to the exterior corners and minor staining to the interior white lining. The suede pouch and certificate are in excellent condition.
