5 Freshwater Fishing Rods and Reels Including Abu Garcia, Pflueger, and Daiwa Five mixed fishing rod and reel combinations designed for freshwater angling. The group features an Abu Garcia Black Max baitcasting combo with a 24-ton graphite rod and a 5-bearing low-profile reel. Spinning equipment includes a Pflueger Trion GX combo with an IM-6 graphite rod and a model 4520GXCB reel, a Daiwa Graphite Comp rod model J 662 MS paired with a Daiwa AG1305XB ball-bearing reel, and a Berkley rod manufactured in Taiwan paired with a Shimano R1000 reel. A vintage Garcia Mitchell 306 spinning reel is mounted to a long two-piece rod featuring a turned wood handle and metal ferrule. The rods utilize various grip materials including cork, EVA foam, and wood. Marks include Pflueger, Abu Garcia, Daiwa, Berkley, Shimano, and Garcia Mitchell. Largest: 84" H x 1 1/2" D. CONDITION: The collection shows signs of regular field use including accumulated dust, surface grime, and light wear to contact points. The cork grips on the Pflueger rod exhibit typical darkening and minor soiling from handling. The Pflueger and Daiwa reels show significant dust and debris in the mechanical recesses. Light surface oxidation is present on some metal components, particularly on the vintage Garcia Mitchell reel. Fishing line is present on all reels, though its integrity is not verified.
