Louis Vuitton Monogram Coated Canvas Abbesses Messenger Bag Louis Vuitton Abbesses messenger bag constructed from signature brown monogram coated canvas with vachetta leather trim. The rectangular form features a large front flap with a gold-toned brass toggle closure engraved LOUIS VUITTON, which secures via an elasticized loop. The bag is equipped with a wide, adjustable brown textile shoulder strap woven with the LOUIS VUITTON name and a rear leather luggage sleeve. The interior is lined in brown canvas and includes a zippered pocket alongside open patch pockets. An interior leather patch is heat-stamped with a registered trademark symbol, LOUIS VUITTON, PARIS, and made in Spain. A leather tab inside the zippered pocket is impressed with the date code CA0055. 12" H x 15" W x 4 1/2" D. CONDITION: The monogram canvas remains in good condition with no visible tears or cracks. The vachetta leather trim shows a medium honey patina with mild water spotting and darkening, most notably on the side strap attachments and the luggage sleeve trim. The elastic closure loop shows moderate wear and stretching from use. Gold-toned hardware exhibits surface scratching and minor plating loss on the front toggle and interior zipper pull.
