Ralph Lauren Polo Sport Hand Knit Wool Blend Eagle Sweater, Size XL Ralph Lauren Polo Sport Sportsman hand-knitted sweater in a heavy-gauge wool, linen, and nylon blend, tagged size XL. The cream-colored garment features a shawl collar with a single brown leather-covered button closure. A large black stylized eagle motif is centered on the chest and repeated on the back, surrounded by a series of smaller geometric bird-in-flight patterns. The shoulders are decorated with a black chevron knit pattern. The sleeves and hem are finished with a wide ribbed knit. A blue woven label at the neck reads POLO SPORT with an American flag, followed by SPORTSMAN RALPH LAUREN EXPLORERS, TRAVELERS & ADVENTURERS EST. 1967. A smaller tab indicates the size as XL and another label reads HAND KNIT. The interior composition label states 75% WOOL 15% LINEN 10% NYLON MADE IN CHINA RN 41381. The piece includes its original cardstock hang tag and a spare button in a plastic packet attached to the interior. The item is accompanied by a navy blue Ralph Lauren presentation box with a gold-toned polo player logo on the lid. CONDITION: The garment is in excellent condition, appearing as new old stock with original tags attached. There are no visible pulls, pilling, staining, or structural damage to the knit. The leather-covered button is secure, and a replacement button is present in the original interior packaging. The presentation box shows minor shelf wear to the edges.
