Franklin's iconic image entitled 'Raising the Flag at Ground Zero,' which depicts three Brooklyn-based firefighters raising the American flag at Ground Zero of the World Trade Center, following the September 11 attacks, signed in the lower border in black felt tip by the photographer, "Thomas E. Franklin." In fine condition, with a tiny crease to the lower left corner tip, and a small staple surface impression.
