Nick McDonald, the Dallas Police Department patrolman who physically subdued and arrested Lee Harvey Oswald inside the Texas Theater on November 22, 1963. - Detective James Leavelle, who was escorting Lee Harvey Oswald at the time he was shot by Jack Ruby on November 24, 1963. - Hugh Aynesworth, a Dallas Morning News reporter who covered the assassination and published the first major interview with Marina Oswald.
