Ronald Reagan Signed Photograph as President Color satin-finish 8 x 10 photo of Reagan wearing a denim jacket and smiling, signed and inscribed in felt tip as president, "To my friend Scott Peterson - with great appreciation and congratulations, warm regard, Ronald Reagan.” In fine condition, with faint toning from prior display. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from presidential secretary Kathy Osborne, dated November 27th, 1984, which reads: "President Reagan has asked me to extend his congratulations to you for winning the gold medal in August at the Mid-State Fair at the 4-H Club Division."
