ZOOMORPHIC BRACELET - Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast - Lobi Mid-20th century. Copper alloy (bronze or brass). Dimensions: 5.5 cm (37 g). A small, cuff-style bracelet whose upper central section is adorned with a stylized chameleon figure in relief, recognizable by its triangular head and discreet spiral tail. The band ends at each end with two rectangular tips. Condition: Dark brown and black patina from wear, with slight residue.
