First edition of this scientific and promotional brochure for Défiltran, a medication intended for the treatment of subcutaneous infiltrates, localized cellulitis, and post-traumatic edema. The work describes the product’s mechanism of action, its pharmacological activity, experimental results, and proposed therapeutic indications, richly illustrated with diagrams, graphs, and clinical observations. This document is representative of the communication strategies employed by French pharmaceutical companies during the 1970s, combining popular science with sales pitches aimed at the medical community.
