A striking Art Nouveau centerpiece or fruit bowl made of iridescent blown glass in an emerald green hue with golden and bluish metallic iridescence, decorated with the characteristic honeycomb motif of hammered dimples corresponding to the “Diaspora” pattern from the Wilhelm Kralik Söhne glassworks. The piece, with an oval profile and a gently undulating, lobed upper rim, is set on an elegant and stylized original period gilt-bronze mount; which embraces the glass body via two side handles featuring plant forms and sinuous organic “coup de fouet” motifs that extend into an openwork tripod base decorated with phytomorphic elements. Dimensions: 17 x 30.5 x 28 (approx.) Provenance: Private European collection.
