Paris, Lefèbvre, 1942; in-4 leaves in publisher's folder and slipcase. 130 pp. 10 hors-texte engravings. Case rubbed, foxing on cover but not inside. First edition limited to 271 copies, one of 250 on Arches vellum. Published the same year by Gallimard; the play was first performed in December 1942 at the Comédie-Française.
