The face, with stylized features, is topped by a headdress with long hair, while a wide collar falls down the back. The right hand holds the belt, while the left hand rests on the knee with the index finger pointing downward, forming a variation of the ritual gesture characteristic of Zhenwu. The robe is entirely covered in a turquoise-blue glaze, with an incised design of stylized clouds and waves. The face, one hand, and part of the base are left unglazed. Height: 15.5 cm Glaze wear and chipping.
