A beautiful court sword. Temple with double silver filigree, decorated in gold. Chiseled, blued iron mount, richly decorated in gold with foliage friezes and trophies of arms. Pommel, single-branch guard, hilt crossguard, and scabbard pommel entirely decorated in gold. Engraved triangular blade, gilded and blued one-third of the way up (signs of wear). Wooden scabbard covered with white parchment (replacement) featuring a blued iron ferrule decorated with gold in a continuous pattern (the scabbard tip is missing). Length: 104 cm
