Made of feldgrau ersatz canvas with two canvas handles. Leather reinforcement disc at the muzzle end of the barrel. Internal leather reinforcements. Small closure strap on the butt end, complete with its button. Large closure strap to cover the mechanical assembly, made of brown grained leather; one end is broken off. Very rare, especially in this condition. Slight wear, minor snags, and minimal stains. A museum-quality piece and a must-have for collectors of this subject.
