Decoration featuring crossed cannons in gilded brass, a tricolor metal cockade, a scarlet wool tassel, and a brass cord; the plume is missing. Chin strap consisting of brass rings on dark cloth, attached to two lion-head hooks. The rear hook clasp is missing. Black leather visor, worn leather wolf-tooth cap lining. Serial number under the crown following the letter “S” in a circle. Signs of wear; Belgian artillery shako patina. Cardboard body covered in dark cloth.
