The unlined canvas is in overall good condition. There is minor craquelure throughout, particularly in the sky and in the more thickly painted areas. There is some loss to the surface along the top edge. At the top left, along the top edge there is a small indentation to the surface. Under UV light, this area shows some inpainting, in addition to other areas in the top left and bottom left of the canvas. Additional images available upon request.
