Set within the pendant is an amethyst (approximately 10.5 x 8.7 x 5.5 mm) of approximately 2.70 carats and 17 octagonal diamonds (medium color and clarity) totaling approximately 0.17 carats. The pendant hangs on a 46 cm white gold chain, unhallmarked, but tested to be 750. Used condition, total weight 4.28 grams.
