Set in the ring is an extremely large blue treated topaz, faceted, antique shape in staircase cut (20.8x19.3x13.5 mm) of 48.09 carats, as well as 32 brilliant-cut diamonds (high colour/high clarity) totalling approx. 1.00 carat. The ring is in good condition, the width is 55/17.5, the ring head measures 25.2 x 24.8 mm, the weight is an impressive 20.60 grams.
