Solid Diamond and Ruby Ring in 18k Yellow and White Gold Solid ring in yellow and white gold, hallmarked 750 and bearing the maker's mark Matis. Set in the ring are 12 brilliant-cut diamonds (low color and clarity grades) totaling 0.21 carats (according to the engraving) and eight square-cut rubies totaling approximately 0.16 carats. Very good condition, ring size 55/17.5, width up to 6.2 mm, weight 9.07 grams.
