Chrome Diopside and Diamond Ring in 375 Yellow Gold Ring in partially rhodium-plated yellow gold, stamped IV 375. Set in the ring is a chrome diopside (10 x 8 x 4.7 mm) of approximately 2.50 carats as well as 8 small single-cut diamonds, totalling approximately 0.04 carats. Very good condition, small ring size 50/15.9, weight 2.95 grams.
