Set in the ring is an emerald (7.8 x 5.2 x 4.5 mm) of approximately 1.00 carat and 12 brilliant-cut diamonds (medium color and clarity) totaling approximately 1.20 carats. Good used condition, ring size 53.5/17.1, ring head dimensions 16.8 x 14.8 mm, weight 5.29 grams.
