High-carat brilliant-cut diamond necklace in 585 white gold, with ruby, sapphire and emerald High-carat necklace in 585 white gold, length 43 cm, weight 36.12 grams. The necklace is set with 45 brilliant-cut diamonds and 61 octagonal diamonds (high to medium colour/clarity grade) totalling around 4.90 carats. In the oval cabochon cut 1 ruby of approx. 2.30 carats, a sapphire of approx. 2.0 carats and an emerald of approx. 2.0 carats, the coloured stones with surface features. The necklace is in very good, well-kept condition.
