Turquoise and Diamond Ring in 750 Yellow Gold Classic, probably somewhat older ring in yellow gold and white gold or platinum, stamped 750. Set in the ring is an oval turquoise cabochon (approximately 12 x 10 x 5.2 mm) of approximately 4.50 carats as well as 24 single-cut diamonds (medium colour and medium to low clarity grade) totalling approximately 0.30 carats. Well-maintained condition, ring size 59/19, dimensions of ring head 17 x 15 mm, weight 4.89 grams.
