Exquisite Ruby and Diamond Ring in 18k Yellow Gold Exquisite Italian ring in yellow gold, hallmarked 750. Set in the ring are two ruby cabochons and 28 square-cut rubies (approximately 0.45 carats total), as well as 39 brilliant-cut diamonds (medium color and clarity) totaling approximately 0.45 carats. Very good, well-maintained condition, ring size 57/18.2, width up to 15.8 mm, weight 12.65 grams.
