Set with 41 rose-cut diamonds totalling approx. 0.15 carats, with a centrally set old-cut diamond of approx. 0.06 carats. One rose-cut diamond missing from the shank, good, used condition, ring size 54/14, ring head dimensions 16 x 11 mm, weight 2.61 grams.
