Very Fine Pendant, 18K, 750 Gold and Platinum with Diamonds and Mother-of-Pearl Cameo, Germany, circa 1920 Fine pendant in 18K yellow gold, front applied with platinum. Centrally set with a fine mother-of-pearl cameo depicting a saint. Middle ring and loop set with 41 rose-cut diamonds totalling approx. 0.4 carats. Outer ring set with 24 natural pearls, diameter: approx. 3 mm; and 4 brilliant-cut diamonds of medium colour and medium to low clarity grade totalling approx. 0.48 carats. Monogrammed “M.D.” on the reverse. Dimensions: approx. 45 mm x 34 mm. Weight: approx. 12.8 grams. Very good condition, virtually no signs of use.
