MIGUEL G. DE ARÓSTEGUI (Spain, first half of the 20th century). "Chulapa". Watercolor on paper. Signed in the lower right corner. The paper has some lack in its upper part. Measurements: 30 x 18 cm; 48 x 35 cm (frame). This work responds to the regionalist current in which the painters seek to reflect types and customs of their own land, which make it different and unique, thus claiming their own roots and, above all, the traditions and ways of dressing and behaving of its inhabitants.
