Facsimile of El libro del corazón prendido, 2007. Publisher: Ediciones Reales Sitios. Facsimile edition. Copy 118/500. In good condition. With study book. Measurements: 29 x 20 cm. This limited edition faithfully reproduces the original manuscript of El libro del corazón prendido, a work of deep symbolic, mystical and chivalrous charge. The text, with medieval roots, is constructed as an allegory of the inner journey of the soul, starring a knight who travels through a fantastic world populated by symbolic figures: ladies, hermits, dragons and ritual scenes. Each episode represents emotions, virtues and human passions, in a narrative structure typical of courtly love and the moralizing tradition of the 15th century. This exclusive edition, limited to only 500 numbered copies, offers copy number 118. It is a work of bibliophilia that combines historical rigor with luxury presentation, intended for both collectors and scholars of medieval manuscript heritage.
