A set of fourteen damask napkins with a lily-of-the-valley pattern, late 19th century. Made of silky, fine-weave linen damask with a striking contrast in design, the border features a wavy ribbon with a bow holding a bouquet of lily-of-the-valley sprigs in each corner, interspersed with clusters of lily-of-the-valley. The initials “GB” are very finely embroidered in white in the center of the napkin. Dimensions: 91 x 75 cm (in excellent condition)
