The Prussian District and Municipal Court in Rawitsch existed from 1834 to 1849 and had jurisdiction over part of the Kröben district. — Confirmation by the magistrate of Pünitz, signed Lubetcki, confirming that the married couple Karl August Rothert “1. a garden located on the road to Smilowa, and 2. half of a quart of arable land with half of the associated barn … sold to the merchant Johann Samuel Rothert.” - Folding creases; in the left white margin, a section cut out for the seal (paper-covered seal preserved on the reverse); 3 lines with underlines; page edges partly slightly browned, occasional small spots, and somewhat creased in places; otherwise generally well-preserved.
