Rolled in a cardboard tube with an address label from the Good Templars for Dr. Philip Stein in Budapest, bearing a used postage stamp. to organize and establish lodges in Hungary in accordance with the laws of the IS Lodge and to perform such other duties as the R.W.G. Templar may delegate. - Partially darkened, one small marginal tear, otherwise well preserved Commission on parchment “authorizing Brother Dr. Hollos—Buda Pesth—to act as Special Deputy R.W.
