Riccardo Gori (born in 1960) Pair of table lamps Porcelain with crystallized enamel decoration Artist’s monogram on the reverse Date of creation: 2000 Excluding lampshades: H19 D12 cm Presented as a pair, these two small lamps present a unique challenge: since crystallized enamel never produces the same pattern twice, the pieces complement each other without being identical, like two variations on a theme. Their compact size makes them ideal for a nightstand, a desk, or a console table, where the light makes the crystals in the porcelain shimmer. Riccardo Gori combines practical function with ceramic artistry in these pieces.
